Paralegals, with their knowledge of legal concepts, assist the attorneys in legal work for which the attorneys are responsible. Paralegals do not have a law degree and are not licensed to practice law. However, their services are invaluable for the proficiency of our law firm.
LISA A. KENDRICK, CP, FRP
Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University, West Palm Beach, Florida in 1989. In 1992, she was graduated from the Paralegal Program at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
Lisa subsequently obtained her Certified Paralegal designation in 1995 through the National Association of Legal Assistants and is a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar.
She has been an active member of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. and the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. since 1992. She is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and an affiliate member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC.
Lisa has been employed at Sorgini & Sorgini, P.A. since 1992, and has years of experience in estate planning, estate administrations, trust administrations and real estate transactions from contract through closing.
REBECA IGLESIAS
Rebeca is a graduate of Palm Beach State College having earned an Associate in Arts degree in Business Administration in 1987 and an Associate in Science degree in Paralegal studies in 1989. She has been a full time Paralegal since 1990 and has a vast knowledge and experience in estate planning, estate administrations, trust administrations and real estate transactions.
Rebeca joined our firm in 2015 and has been a valuable addition to our team. She was raised in Palm Beach County and is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing our law firm to assist the needs of the Spanish speaking community.
LINDA S. LUONG
Linda is a native Floridian and has resided in Palm Beach County her entire life. Upon receiving her Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach State College, she began a career in banking. Linda worked at the Royal Trust Bank for two years as the head teller and customer service representative before discovering a passion for the title insurance industry.
Linda has garnered vast experience in both residential and commercial real estate closings. Linda spent 26 years working at the Flagler Title Company where she became a licensed title insurance agent and managed their Boynton Beach office. From 2008 through 2022, Linda has worked for title insurance companies and attorneys where she conducted and managed all aspects of real estate closings.
Outside of work, Linda has a fervent passion for helping and dedicating her efforts towards others. In an effort to give back to her community, she has volunteered for organizations such as the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, Quantum House, and various Palm Beach County Schools.
Given her extensive knowledge gained through years of experience working in the title insurance industry, Linda is known for her exceptional commitment to building strong relations, unwavering customer service, and keen ability to achieve successful real estate closings.
